STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Wednesday received representatives from the central apparatus and diplomatic corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia, and led by Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

Foreign policy of the two Armenian states, the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict settlement, and regional processes were discussed during the talk, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Sahakyan noted with satisfaction that such meetings have become traditional and they take place on a regular basis, highlighting their importance from the viewpoint of deepening Armenia-Artsakh cooperation in foreign policy.

During the talk, President Sahakyan also handed NKR state awards to a group of diplomats of the MFA of Armenia, and for their significant contribution to the process of recognition of the independence of the Republic of Artsakh.
