STEPANAKERT. - President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Friday received Minister of the Emergency Situations of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, and director of the ministry's Rescue Service, Mushegh Ghazaryan. 

At the outset of the meeting, the President congratulated Davit Tonoyan on being appointed to the responsible position, wishing him success in his work, the press-service of the Artsakh President’s Office reports.

A number of issues related to the further deepening and widening of relations between the corresponding structures of the two Armenian republics were discussed during the meeting, which was attended by Director of the State Service on Emergency Situations adjunct to the NKR Cabinet of Ministers, Komitas Karapetyan.
