STEPANAKERT. - President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Friday received Chief of the General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces, Movses Hakobyan, the press-service of the NKR President’s Office informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.
During the meeting, which was attended by Artsakh Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, a number of issues related to army-building and cooperation between the Armenian republics in the sphere were discussed.
