An explosion occurred in a confectionery plant in the Japanese prefecture of Fukushima, leaving one dead, RIA Novosti reported quoting Kyodo.
According to the police, there was no fire during the blast. Also one employee of the plant was injured; she was hospitalized.
An investigation is underway.
