A truck, which was transporting a huge load of narcotics to Azerbaijan, was taken into custody in Germany, Haqqin.az news agency of Azerbaijan reported citing the German media.

The main accused is a 51-year-old resident of Lüdenscheid, Germany. He had two accomplices: the driver, and another man who admitted to loading narcotics.

A total of 195 kg of hashish and marijuana were found in the truck that was traveling from the Netherlands.

The investigation revealed a connection with Turkey and Georgia, too. In all likelihood, these criminals were going to transport their “cargo” to Azerbaijan via these countries.
