A man in car crashed into a police car near the Capitol, reports CNN. According to the source, the man was arrested.  The police opened fire, but there are no casualties.

As FoxNews reports, the cause of the accident is a police chase. The police pursued a man by car from the library of Congress. The chase ended when a man crashed into the police car and another civilian car. The reasons the police was pursuing the man are not known.
