Russian investigators said a 31-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan was killed in Russia's Omsk.
The man was engaged in small business and lived in a rental apartment. Criminal proceeding have been launched into the case, time56.ru reported.
Handzhanov Balash Allahshukur Oglou, 32, is suspected of committing the murder. The man is wanted by police.
