YEREVAN. – Sergey Avetisyan, Head of the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia, on Friday received a delegation from Belarus, and led by Transport and Communications Minister Anatoly Sivak.

The interlocutors discussed the potential expansion of air communication between the two countries. In this connection, Avetisyan welcomed the resumption of Belavia Belarusian Airlines’ direct flights between the Armenian and Belarusian capital cities of Yerevan and Minsk, respectively; these flights are carried out on Wednesdays and Sundays.

At the end of the talk, Sivak toured Zvartnots International Airport of Yerevan.
