YEREVAN. – July 1 is celebrated in Armenia as Prosecution Officer’s Day.
The national law On Prosecutor’s Office was adopted on this day in 1998, and it came into effect on January 12, 1999.
Under this law, new structural divisions of the Prosecutor’s Office were formed.
And by a government decision on March 7, 2003, July 1 was declared Prosecutor’s Office employees’ day.
