A military cargo plane crashed in the US state of Georgia on Wednesday, killing all five people aboard, an official said, AFP reports.

The Lockheed C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft of the Puerto Rico National Guard crashed at around 11:30am local time, nearby he Savannah airport.

So far nothing is known about the causes of this disaster.
