Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Arsen Shoyan Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Republic of Bulgaria (residence-Sofia), presidential media office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to another presidential decree, Shoyan was removed of the post of Head of Office of Analytical Research Department, Staff of Armenian President.
