At least 60 people have died in the forest fires broke out east of Athens on Monday, Reuters reported referring to Skai TV.
“The number of dead is rising,” the mayor of Rafina, Evangelos Bournous, told Skai TV adding: “It has already exceeded 60.”
As reported earlier, 156 people were injured, including many children, while 11 are in a critical condition.
