Michelle Obama does not allow their children to have a Facebook page.

First Lady Michelle Obama said she’s not really a fan of Facebook for kids, even if their dad wasn’t the president.

“I’m not a big fan of young kids having Facebook...you know, it’s not something they need.” said Obama in an interview with NBC, RIA Novosti reported.

She also said “We’re lucky that there are a lot of real constraints like Secret Service and stuff like that.”

Michelle Obama did not rule out that she would allow their daughters to start using Facebook after they leave the White House.

However, she noted that this will depend on the age of Malia and Sasha at the time.
