On 5 April at 11:28, residents of the Akunk village of Kotayk Province called the 911 service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia and said rescuers’ help was needed to bring the body of a citizen out of the hole located near one of the houses on 5th Street of the village.

The rescue squad of the special significance rescue operations implementation center of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for the scene of the incident and brought the body of B. M. (born in 1950) out of the nearly 4-meter deep hole.
