On 11 April at 15:30, within the scope of the “Arsenal-2019” complex prevention action, criminal intelligence officers of the Central Police Station, realizing operative data, apprehended 28-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation Sergey M. in the Merdzavan village of Armavir Province and took him to the Marash police division.

The Police of the Republic of Armenia told Armenian News-NEWS.am that he was wanted under the charge of point 1.1 of part 3 of Article 177 (theft) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia since 21 August 2018.
