Tropical Storm Fernand has formed in the Atlantic Ocean and is moving towards the northeastern coasts of Mexico, reports TASS, according to the National Hurricane Center.
At 04:30 US East Coast time, the storm was at a distance of 150 km from the Mexican city of Tampico.
