Russian law enforcement officials have identified the man who fired shots near the Federal Security Service (FSB) building in Moscow.

REN TV reports that he is Yevgeny Manyurov, 39, from the Moscow region, but this information has not yet been officially confirmed, says Meduza.

On December 19, a shooting took place in front of the Russian FSB headquarters in downtown Moscow, in which one FSB employee was killed and 5 others were injured.
