Eleven people were killed and seven were injured, including children, in a head-on collision between a sedan and a minibus in the state of Chiapas in Mexico, RIA Novosti reported.

The identities of the dead and injured have been established: two children were killed, and two more were hospitalized.

About 400 thousand road accidents occur annually in Mexico, in which about 16 thousand people die.
