Pope Francis on Wednesday apologized for his behavior yesterday when he lost patience and smacked a pilgrim woman’s hand.
“So many times we lose our patience; me too, and I apologize for yesterday’s bad example,” Francis said in his address to pilgrims a day after the incident, The Washington Post reported.
