I completely share the view of the co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for monitoring of Armenia. This is what deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly of Armenia and head of the delegation of the National Assembly of Armenia to the PACE Ruben Rubinyan wrote on his Facebook page.

In particular, he said he completely shares the concern about the tension between the Constitutional Court Presidency and the Prime Minister’s Office. He also shares the co-rapporteurs’ position that the Constitutional Court needs to be free of all types of political repressions from all sides.
