Edmon Marukyan, head of the opposition Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly, posted a photo on Facebook where he and all the other members of the Armenian delegation to PACE are wearing face masks.
"The PACE delegation is returning to homeland," he also wrote. "Death to coronavirus!"
