Lawyer Amram Makinyan made a Facebook post referring to the bill by the majority My Step faction to make amendments in the law on the rules of procedure of the National Assembly of Armenia.
In particular, he presented the sequence of these actions and noted: "I would like to hear the ‘rationale’ of the political power over the extent to which the noted ‘two-step primitive combination’ fits in with the recent statement by the PACE Monitoring Committee's co-rapporteurs on Armenia."
