Passenger.am notes that there is a problem in Ryanair's official website when filling a compensation claim in accordance with EU Regulation 261/2004.

"As shown in the video, the section on being refused to board a plane is missing from the list of reasons for opening an application, which in itself deliberately impedes the exercise of passenger rights and causes some complications," it says in the message, with which a respective video is also posted.
