President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian today signed a number of laws.

As reported the Department of Public Relations of the Staff of the President of Armenia, Sarkissian signed the laws on making amendments and supplements to the law on regulatory legal acts, on making an amendment and a supplement to the law on public administration bodies and on making an amendment to the law on regulation of managerial legal relations, on making amendments to the law on public service and the law on making amendments to the law on operational intelligence activity by which, from now on, the operational technical subdivisions of the National Security Service of Armenia and the police system will ensure control of phone conversations and implementation of operational intelligence measures. The specified actions will be taken upon the motion of operational or investigative bodies after they receive permission from the court.
