Armenia has always been treated with emphasized respect for constitutional procedures, human rights activist Ruben Melikyan wrote about this on his Facebook.
According to him, Armenia was the only post-Soviet republic that did everything possible to preserve the constitutional procedures of the USSR upon declaration of independence.
"This principle remained unbreakable until the evening of February 6, 2020," he said adding that now the fundamenal value is coming to an end.
"Did anyone seriously think about why we managed to avoid the chaos of the early 90s, while neighboring republics couldn't do it?" Melikyan concluded
