The issue of confirming the schedule of the main actions for preparing for and holding the constitutional amendments referendum on April 5, 2020 is on the agenda for the session of the Central Electoral Commission to be held on February 11, as reported the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia.

“On February 11 at 9:30 the Central Electoral Commission will hold a session in the administrative building of the Central Electoral Commission. There are three items on the agenda:

1. The issue of confirming the schedule of the main actions for preparing for and holding the constitutional amendments referendum on April 5, 2020;

2. Drawing up the protocol on granting the mandate that a member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan who was elected member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan and having prematurely dropped the mandate to the next candidate on the electoral list of the My Step alliance of political parties;

3. Distributing the posts of chairperson and secretary of precinct electoral commissions in the local self-government bodies’ elections (March 15, 2020) among the political parties and alliance of political parties with factions in the National Assembly,” the press release of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia reads.
