Entrepreneur Andrew Young has dropped out US presidential race from the Democratic Party, NY Times reported.

“I am the math guy, and it’s clear from the numbers we’re not going to win this campaign,” he said. “So tonight I’m announcing that I am suspending my campaign," he said.

According to the source, the businessman did not specify what he intends to do after leaving the race, but he did not respond negatively to the question of a possible nomination for mayor of New York.

Nine Democrats will participate in the presidential race, as Senator Michael Bennet has also dropped out.
