China has recorded 49 COVID-19 new cases and 19 asymptomatic carriers, RIA Novosti reported referring to the Chinese National Health Commission.

According to it, one patient has recovered during the last day.

In the meantime, 39 of 49 new cases are local and only 10 - are imported.

China has recorded a total of 83,181 COVID-19 new cases, while 78,370 people have recovered and 177 COVID-19 patients remain in hospitals. The COVID-19 death toll there has reached 4,634.
