Sergei Khrushchev's widow Valentina Golenko has denied reports on the cause of her husband's death, RIA Novosti reported.
Sergei Khrushchev, the son of Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev, died on June 18 in Cranston, the US, New York Times reported.
Earlier media reports citing the police of the Rhode Island state noted that Khrushchev died from a gunshot wound to the head.
In an interview with RIA Novosti, Golenko refuted the reports and noted that her husband died of natural causes.
