A total of 107 people have died during India's lightning strikes, CNN reported.
According to senior Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority official Aditi Umrao, 24 people died in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Indian PM Narendra Modi tweeted: "I express my condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives in this disaster."
