Citizens of Armenia stole a POS terminal with 100,000 grivens from a store in a region of Kyiv. According to the Foreign Relations Department of the Police of Kyiv, the evildoers have been apprehended, and the incident has been reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Embassy of Armenia, Korrespondent.net reports.

According to the police, the criminals broke the metal-plastic doors of a produce store at night and stole a POS terminal containing 100,000 grivens. They also burned the terminal and threw it in the forest.

Afterwards, police arrested them at a railway station in Kyiv and found out that they were five foreigners who are temporarily living in different regions of Ukraine. It was confirmed that they had distributed the stolen money among each other and transferred the money to their credit cards.

A criminal case has been launched. Material evidence (credit cards and a car with foreign license plate number with which the men had committed the crime) has been seized.
