Conference on Armenian Genocide was held in Great Hall of Bucharest Economic Academy on Tursday. Vice president of Romanian Academy, Professor Dan Berindei opened the workshop ‘Armenia: Fate of One Nation’.

The event brought together major experts in the field of Genocide studies Professor Taner Akcam of Massachusetts University and Professor Raymond (Haroutyun) Kevorkian of Paris VIII University. Former President of Romania Ion Iliescu as well as representatives of Romanian academic, social and political circles attended the conference.
