MOSCOW. - President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev was caught in traffic jam as he paid an unplanned visit to one of Moscow’s children hospitals.
President was accompanied by Minister of Health and Social Development Tatyana Golikova and Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, ITAR-TASS reports.
