Former Czech President Vaclav Klaus was fined 3,000 kronor (about $ 135) for wearing a mask incorrectly, Czech TV reported.
Klaus deliberately wore a mask only on his chin on November 17 at the celebration in the center of Prague of the anniversary of the anti-communist velvet revolution. The police demanded that he cover his mouth and nose with a mask, as required by the rules, but the ex-president did not comply. Klaus was later apprehended.
