A group of civil society organizations dealing with human rights protection representing Armenia (including Transparency International) and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have prepared the Report on Xenophobia in Azerbaijan, which briefly describes the state of hatred and aggression against Armenians in Azerbaijan which poses an existential threat to the Armenian people.

The Report is addressed to international human rights organizations, including the institutions of the United Nations (UN), the Council of Europe (CoE), the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and NATO, with the intent to recognize the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination and prevent ethnic cleansing.
