Gold prices are falling on Thursday morning amid rising dollar prices, according to trading data.
The price of the April gold futures contract on the New York Comex stock exchange fell by 0.18%, or by $ 3.05 - to $ 1,712.75 per troy ounce.
Meanwhile, the price briefly dropped below $ 1,700 for the first time since June 2020. Silver futures for May fell 0.63% to $ 26.22 an ounce.
