A memorial to the victims and missing in the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) liberation war will be erected at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Armenia’s capital Yerevan.

By the decision of the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the makeup of the working group for the coordination of the creation of this memorial was approved.

The working group will be headed by Arsen Torosyan, Chief of the Office of the Prime Minister, and will include independent MP Arman Babajanyan; Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts; Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Ara Khzmalyan; Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Gayane Melkom Melkomyan; and several other senior officials.
