The National Assembly of Armenia is holding the previously failed voting for judge of the Court of Cassation. The voting began at 2:45 p.m. and will end at 3:30 p.m. There are two candidates, including Armen Haykyants and Armen Mkrtchyan. Earlier, Samvel Grigoryan had informed about his self-recusal.

Nevertheless, the My Step faction of the National Assembly has already declared that it won’t vote since this is how it wants to express its attitude towards the chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council.
