Israeli Deputy Regional Development Minister Ayoub Kara send a scoffing letter to Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan, offering humanitarian aid for Syrian refugees who escaped to Turkey.
During his talk with AFP Israeli Deputy Minister marked that he send the letter through Turkish Embassy, offering to allow the passage of humanitarian fleet for Syrian refugees, reports CNN Turk.
“The important point is, the fleet has humanitarian character, not provocative,” said Ayoub Kara.
