YEREVAN.- Armenian President’s statement regarding possible dialogue with the opposition is clear and is not worth commenting, said MP from Republican Party Hamlet Harutunyan.
According to him, Serzh Sargsyan’s response can be viewed as a basis for continuation of dialogue.
“However, it does not mean we should be guided by the demands put forward by the Armenian National Congress while holding a dialogue. Proposal to hold dialogue through delegations is senseless,” he told journalists on Saturday.
Armenian President responded to the issues related to dialogue with opposition Armenian National Congress on Friday. In his statement President Sargsyan noted that “the only logical and acceptable way to move forward and find solutions to the existing difficulties is dialogue and discussions”.
