Manger of a Tujunga medical supply firm, Armenian by origin, Petros Odachyan will spend four years in jail charged with Medicare fraud.

Petros Odachyan, 45, used forged prescriptions for medical equipment, reports The Los Angeles Times. His company, located in California, sought over $1 million from Medicare, which paid out approximately $600,000.

Last June Odachyan pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.
