Israel and Turkey carry out secret talks to end the diplomatic crisis, says the message of high rank Israeli officials, reports Lebanese Al-Manar with a reference to Israeli Haaretz.

The message claims that negotiating parties are Israeli official, speaking in the name of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioglu.

According to the newspaper, both Netanyahu and Turkish Deputy FM declined to comment on  the authenticity of news on negotiations, but a source at Turkish Foreign Ministry and a U.S. official have confirmed the two sides are negotiating.

According to the France-Press, a senior Israeli official also declined to comment on this message, but stated that Israel “is interested in restoring healthy and positive bilateral relations, which are the concern of both parties.”
