YEREVAN. - New resolution on Armenian Genocide recognition introduced to the US House of Representatives by Congressmen Robert Dold and Adam Schiff is in substantial stage of co-author search.

As for resolution on return of churches pushed by Foreign Affairs Committee members Ed Royce and Howard Berman, the US congress seems to support it more than the first one, Hay Dat office head Kiro Manoyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent.

According to him, the U.S. office of Hay Dat is optimistic about finding enough co-authors for both resolutions, so that both issues could make it to Congress plenary session.

"We are doing our best to ensure a large scale support of the resolutions so as the House of Representatives would place them on the ballot. But before that the resolutions have a long way to make" said Manoyan.
