Court of Tula city Monday examined criminal case on violation against life and health of police employee. The defendant was citizen of Armenia Arshak Kocharyan, 26.

The court found out that on February 26 two road police inspectors noticed Kocharyans’ VAZ-2107 vehicle. The inspector ordered to stop the vehicle. However, the driver not only disobeyed but also hit the inspector. The latter appeared on the top of the vehicle and Kocharyan drove the car with the inspector on it for several kilometers.

Kocharyan is sentenced for five years of imprisonment.
