The average USD/AMD exchange rate made AMD 370.22/$1 on NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, Tuesday. US dollar went down by 1.73 points or 0.47% as compared with Monday. Sales totaled $3.7 million.

Taking into account US dollar slump the Central Bank has not interfered despite promises of the CBA head Arthur Javadyan.

Although majority of banks set the rate at AMD 368-369/$, Bank Mellat having Iranian capital offered AMD370/$1. Due to this efforts US dollar avoided stronger depreciation. Exchange offices purchase US dollar at the rate of AMD 371.5/$1.
