YEREVAN. - The ambulance should arrive at the scene in Armenia in 10 minutes. Doctors may be fined for arriving after 13th minute, the chief of Armenian Health Ministry staff Suren Krmoyan told a press conference on Thursday.
Krmoyan stressed residents of Armenia’s regions often dial a wrong number, citing an example when an occupant of Masis city called an ambulance service in Yerevan city. He stressed all calls are recorded.
