YEREVAN. – The second circle of the dialogue between authorities-Armenian National Congress delegations will take place on Tuesday at the reception hall of the government. Whether the talks will be on air is still to be decided. An Armenian channel Yerkir Media is ready to air the talks, head of the channel Gegham Manukyan told Haykakan Zhamanak (Armenian Time) newspaper. Opposition approved the offer by the channel, authorities will reply on Tuesday.
