YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan plans major staff changes, including heads of agencies at Armenian government and governors, Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper reports referring its sources.
The rumors have it a motion of no confidence will be declared against Armenian Prime Minister and Cabinet of Ministers. This is the last resource, Serzh Sargsyan will try to divert public attention from holding snap elections, the newspaper reads.
