A Russian soldier died during military exercise in Armenia on August 10, Russian Vzglyad-info agency reported.

Mother of Galemzhan Aubekerov learnt about the tragedy from Odnoklassniki (classmates) social networking website. Later she received a message.

“They were sent to Armenia for military exercise. Jumping over the ditch he fell and broke his neck. Three soldiers fell, they managed to save only two of them,” said soldier’s brother Dmitry Aubekerov.
