YEREVAN. – Karabakh former FM Arman Melikyan evaluates the probability of positive outcome of the dialogue between authorities and oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) by 10%, he said at the press conference on Friday.

“Previously I evaluated the probability of positive outcome by 20 %, however, now it is only 10%. The process will have no effective results. The dialogue between authorities and ANC will be fruitless,” he stated and added that ANC has already run out and cannot intensify the situation again.

People inspired with it have lost their belief.

However, Melikyan still thinks that ANC better to continue the dialogue.

Armenian News-NEWS.am earlier informed that ANC suspended the dialogue and will resume it only after the measure of restraint is changed for the ANC activist Tigran Arakelyan, arrested on August 9.
